Winter Jam was founded over 20 years ago by Christian music group NewSong. The tour has stayed true to its original mission of low donation at the door to allow as many people as possible to hear the gospel. Winter Jam has consistently ranked in Pollstar's top tours and has taken the number one spot several years. Promoted by TPR., the tour hits the road again in 2025.

With over 75 years of combined experience in concert and event promotion, TPR. was formed in 2024 from the three leading faith-based promotion companies: Transparent Productions, Premier Productions, and Rush Concerts. Together TPR. is the largest promoter in the genre promoting first-class Christian and Gospel concerts, tours, and festivals across the U.S. in churches, theaters, arenas, and amphitheaters. TPR.’s roster also includes Anne Wilson, Bluey's Big Play, Brandon Lake, Cece Winans, Chris Tomlin, Dude Perfect, Elevation Worship, Forrest Frank, Gaither Vocal Band, Jeremy Camp, Josiah Queen, KB, Lysa TerKeurst, MercyMe, Phil Wickham, Tauren Wells, We the Kingdom, Winter Jam and many more.

Our goal is to get you inside the Fieldhouse as seamlessly as possible. We ask all guests to arrive early, travel light and have their mobile tickets ready as they enter the building. Check out this list of important things to know as you prepare to get back downtown for plenty of fun and excitement at your favorite Fieldhouse events!

• Nursing Mothers Room: Our Mothers Rooms are located at Section 2 and Section 119.
• Sensory Room: For a safe, calm environment, head to our Sensory Room at Section 119. 
• Sensory Bags: Sensory bags and weighted lap pads are available upon request from our Guest Services desks at Section 2, Section 119, and Sections 206/207.
• Strollers: We encourage guests to travel lightly, however, strollers will be accomodated and stored near the ticket holder's seat.
