2021 Fan Club Pre-Sale: Verified Fan Registration Required
We are working together with Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan to ensure that our Fan Club Members get the BEST tickets at the BEST price. Login to trans-siberian.com and visit our tour page to access Verified Fan registration.
The TSE Fan Club will be offering a limited number of tickets at the front of the floor and side sections during the Pre-Sales on Thursday, September 9th (all November dates) and Friday, September 10th (all December dates), both beginning at 10am local time.
Registration for those Fan Club Verified Fan Pre-Sales begin Monday, August 30th and will end at 10 PM ET on September 6th. Be sure to have both your TSO Fan Club and Ticketmaster login credentials ready, as you will need both to be verified.
25th Anniversary Pre-Sale: No Registration Required
A full assortment of tickets on the floor and in various locations throughout the arena will be available during the TSO 25th Anniversary Pre-Sale on Thursday, September 16th. Use password TSO25 for access (no verification required).

All seats will be available for purchase during the onsale on Friday, September 17th.

What to Know Before You Go
We are SO excited to welcome fans back to Gainbridge Fieldhouse! A lot has changed since you last visited us and, in fact, more changes are still coming. From road construction on your journey downtown to brand new features all around the building, your next visit will be a little different but will still offer the world class experience you expect.
Our goal is to get you inside the facility as seamlessly as possible. We ask all guests to arrive early, travel light and have their mobile tickets ready as they enter the Fieldhouse. Check out this list of important things to know as you prepare to get back downtown for plenty of fun and excitement at your favorite Fieldhouse events!
COVID-19 Policy
Gainbridge Fieldhouse follows Marion County Health Department (MCHD) and Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) requirements and guidelines from the promoter for each event. Proof of vaccination or testing is not required for general ticket holders at this event. The MCHD and the CDC recommend individuals wear masks indoors, regardless of vaccination status.
Camera, Bag & Sign Policy
- Bags, backpacks, large purses are prohibited. Small clutch-style purses are allowed and may not be larger than 6”x9”x1.5”
- Management discretion is allowed for diaper bags and medical bags
- No Professional Cameras or Detachable Lenses. No IPads, Tablets, Selfie sticks, GoPro’s
- No signs larger than 11"x17"
- No weapons of any type, including chains, knives, firearms, and spiked jewelry
