After tipping off NBA All-Star with us, head west from Bicentennial Unity Plaza on E. Maryland Street, then south on S. Capitol Avenue to the Main Entrance of the Indiana Convention Center.

We are so excited to welcome you to Gainbridge Fieldhouse for NBA All-Star 2024! Our goal is to get you inside the facility as seamlessly as possible. We ask all guests to arrive early, travel light and have their mobile tickets ready as they enter the Fieldhouse. A quick list of important venue policies is below, and more information can be found HERE.

For NBA All-Star events ONLY, bags no larger than 14"x14"x6" will be permitted inside Gainbridge Fieldhouse, as well as the other venues hosting NBA All-Star events.

No backpacks or large bags are allowed.

Child care and medical bags are exempt from the above size policy, but may be subject to additional security screening.

Please be sure to download your mobile ticket to your mobile wallet prior to arrival. If you’re coming with a group, ensure all members have tickets ready on a mobile device with contrast/brightness settings turned up for maximum clarity. Please note that screenshots of tickets will not be accepted for entry.

Gainbridge Fieldhouse is a cashless facility. Credit cards and other forms of contactless payment, like Apple Pay, will be accepted at all points of purchase throughout the Fieldhouse. You may exchange cash for a card at Cash to Card Machines located in the Entry Pavilion by the Box Office, and at Sections 3, 19, and 210.

The following items, as well as any other items deemed dangerous, inappropriate, or disruptive, are prohibited and may be confiscated.  Refusal to surrender these items may result in revocation of access to the venue.

WEAPONS & DANGEROUS ITEMS - Weapons of any sort including, but not limited to, firearms and knives of any size are prohibited.  Any items deemed by the venue, in its discretion, to be dangerous are also prohibited.

LARGE BAGS - Bags and backpacks larger than 14 x 14 x 6 inches in size are prohibited.  All hard-sided bags are prohibited.

LARGE BANNERS & SIGNS - Attendees are not permitted to use or wave any flags, banners, signs, or other items that are more than 11 x 17 inches in size. 

ITEMS AFFIXED TO POLES - No flags, banners, or signs of any size may be affixed to any pole or stick made of wood, metal, plastic, or any other hard material.

OFFENSIVE SIGNS AND CLOTHING - Clothing, garments, and signs (including, but not limited to, flyers, handouts, and pamphlets) that contain or display explicit language, profanity, or derogatory characterization toward any person or category/group of persons are prohibited. Obscene or indecent messaging on clothing, garments, or signs is also prohibited. All messaging on otherwise permissable signs must be related to the event.

DRONES - Drones of any kind, regardless of size, are prohibited in the venue and the immediately surrounding area.
