Fever vs. Sun
- The Indiana Fever will begin its 23rd regular season on Friday, May 6, before the home opener on Sunday, May 8 against the Los Angeles Sparks.
- Due to continued Gainbridge Fieldhouse renovations, the first five home games will be played at the Fieldhouse, before moving to Indiana Farmers Coliseum for the next nine home games.
- The final four home games during the regular season will be played at Butler University’s Hinkle Fieldhouse.
- All Fever regular season games will continued to be streamed at no cost to fans in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio.
INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Fever announced today the 2022 regular season will tip off on the road on Friday, May 6 against the Washington Mystics. On Sunday, May 8, the Fever returns for its first regular season home game at Gainbridge Fieldhouse with a 3 p.m. tip against the Los Angeles Sparks.
The WNBA’s regular-season schedule will increase to an all-time high 36 games per team in 2022, with each team playing 18 home games and 18 road games.
With ongoing construction as part of the ‘Fieldhouse of the Future’ renovations, the Fever’s first five regular season home games will be played at the Fieldhouse. The next nine home games will be played at Indiana Farmers Coliseum, located at the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center and the final four regular season home games played at Butler University’s Hinkle Fieldhouse
Ticket information for all Fever home games at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Indiana Farmers Coliseum and Hinkle Fieldhouse will be announced at a later date.
“We are excited to return to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, which is unequivocally the greatest arena in the WNBA, while also looking forward to fans traveling with us throughout Indianapolis for games this season. Playing again at Indiana Farmers Coliseum and at the historic Hinkle Fieldhouse will only enhance Fever fandom in Marion County,” Fever President Dr. Allison Barber said. “Through our streaming capabilities, we remain committed to growing Fever fans in all 92 counties in Indiana.”

The Fever will continue to livestream games at no cost for fans statewide at FeverBasketball.com and on the Indiana Fever’s Facebook page. This year’s streaming services will continue in Ohio and Kentucky for the second straight year.
Expected preseason games will also be announced at a later date.

Tickets for Indiana Fever home games at Gainbridge Fieldhouse for the 23rd season will go on sale to the general public on Tuesday, April 12 beginning at 2 p.m. ET
What to Know Before You Go
- Bags, backpacks, large purses are prohibited. Small clutch-style purses are allowed and may not be larger than 6”x9”x1.5”
- Management discretion is allowed for diaper bags and medical bags
- No Professional Cameras or Detachable Lenses. No IPads, Tablets, Selfie sticks, GoPro’s
- No signs larger than 11"x17" are permitted at this event.

Free Parking
Free parking will be available in the Virginia Avenue Garage for all 2022 Fever games at Gainbridge Fieldhouse!
Prohibited Items
We ask all guests to arrive early and travel light.
For your safety guests are subject to visual inspection (including the use of metal detecting magnetometers) of person, parcels, bags, containers and/or clothing capable of concealing prohibited items. Guests may refuse inspections; however, management reserves the right to refuse entry.
For safety reasons, prohibited items include but are not limited to:
- Alcohol, drugs, illegal substances, or any paraphernalia associated with drug use
- Audio/Video recorders, professional cameras, tripods
- Backpacks
- Bags larger than 6”x9”x1.5”
- Beach balls or any projectiles or missiles
- Cans, bottles, coolers, or other similar containers
- Clothing that displays obscene/offensive language and/or pictures (as determined by Gainbridge Fieldhouse management)
- Drones
- Fireworks
- Hard-sided bags
- Laser pens/pointers of any type
- Military or Tactical style clothing/gear (Active Duty Military uniforms are allowed)
- Noisemakers such as air horns
- Objects that obstruct another guest’s view of the playing/performance surface
- Outside food or drinks
- Pepper spray/Mace
- Poles or sticks
- Signs, flags, banners larger 11″X17″ or affixed to any pole
- Skateboards/roller blades
- Tripods, mono pods, or selfie sticks
- Weapons of any type, including chains, knives, firearms, and spiked jewelry
- Any other item deemed unacceptable by event/building management
If an item is revealed during a search, guests may dispose of the item or return the item to a safe storage location away from the Fieldhouse.
