Courage leads the way for Disney’s most adventurous heroes when Disney On Ice presents Dream Big comes to Indianapolis January 13-18, 2021 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, continuing a multi-city tour. Dream Big features favorite Disney friends such as Mickey, Minnie, Miguel, Moana, Elsa, Belle, Genie, and more highlighting all the magic and adventure of Disney’s tales through world-class figure skating. Audiences will be transported to exciting worlds where heroes of every kind seek to fulfill their dreams at a live experience families will never forget!
While delivering the same magical experiences guests expect from Disney On Ice, Feld Entertainment is introducing Guest Wellness Enhancements to help keep families safe at its live events. Feld Entertainment is working closely with venue partners to establish and follow COVID-19 health and safety standards in accordance with all federal, state and local guidelines. Additionally, Pod Seating has been created for family and friends to safely enjoy Disney On Ice while social distancing from other groups that are also in attendance. Seating capacity at Gainbridge Fieldhouse for Disney On Ice will be reduced with the Pod Seating structure in place. As an additional precaution, face coverings are required for guests ages 2 and older except when eating or drinking in their seats, unless otherwise exempted by law. Guests looking to purchase Disney On Ice souvenirs will find the process easier than ever thanks to a new contactless shopping experience with touch-free payment and digital purchasing options. Guests can pre-order items prior to arriving at Gainbridge Fieldhouse or from the comfort of their seats. Once ordered, guests can pick up their purchases at a convenient, contactless pickup station during the show. Additional information can be found here.
Additional Disney On Ice presents Dream Big Show Details: Join the fearless Moana and the greatest demigod that ever lived, Maui, on an action-packed voyage to restore the stolen heart of Te Fiti. Explore the Land of the Dead as Miguel from Disney Pixar’s Coco brings the festivities of Día de los Muertos to the ice. Get tangled up in Rapunzel’s hair-raising quest to see the floating lights. Travel to the kingdom of Arendelle with Anna, Elsa and Olaf in a dramatic retelling of the sisterly love that saved a kingdom. And discover the strength, bravery and kindness that inspired generation after generation with Jasmine, Ariel, Aurora, Belle and Cinderella.

As we welcome you back, our top priority is to make sure you and your family can return to enjoying the Fieldhouse, just as you have come to expect. Our team has been planning for months to adapt our facility, change our policies, and prepare our staff to welcome you back.

Baby Care
Baby Bags/Bottles/Formula: Baby bags, plastic bottles, and formula are permitted into the building. Should the bag become an obstruction due to its size, guests may be asked to check the bag at our Entry Pavilion Guest Relations desk.
Boomers Buddies: This free service is for the benefit of both children and guests with disabilities. Boomer’s Buddies is a service that provides an identification bracelet to write parent’s/responsible party’s seat location and cell phone number, in case the child or guest gets separated from their party. To register, please visit Guest Relations on any level of Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
Changing Tables: Changing Tables are located in the handicap accessible stalls of the women’s and men’s restrooms on all levels. Tables are also available in the gender-neutral restrooms near suites 20 and 28 on the KeyBank Suite Level.
Gender-Neutral Restrooms: For your convenience, gender-neutral restrooms are available on all levels of the building.

- Main Concourse: Section 2
- Krieg DeVault Club Level: Section 108/109
- Balcony Level: Sections 204 and 216
Nursing: Our nursing mothers’ room is open for all events and is located on the Main Concourse at Section 9 near the Plant Fitness Lounge.
Strollers: Collapsible stroller units may be stored beneath your assigned seat(s). For assistance with other units, please contact Guest Relations or the Usher in your seating area.
Lost Child: A procedure is in place to assist you in finding your lost child. A lost guest should be escorted to the nearest Usher, Security Guard, Guest Relations representative or other staff member. If a guest is lost or separated from their group, please notify the nearest employee for further assistance. Guests are encouraged to use the Boomer’s Buddies identification bracelets. Please visit the nearest Guest Relations desk for assistance. See Boomer’s Buddies.
Parking
There are multiple parking options throughout the downtown area that are within walking distance of Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The Virginia Avenue Garage on the northeast corner of the building connects to the Fieldhouse from the third floor of the garage. The entrance to the Virginia Avenue Garage is located off of Maryland Street. Denison manages a number of parking facilities in the downtown areas and can share information that will make your experience an enjoyable one. For specific information related to bus parking near the Fieldhouse, contact Denison Parking at (317) 916-1760. You may also purchase individual parking passes in advance at select locations via ParkWhiz.
Strollers
Collapsible stroller units may be stored beneath your assigned seat(s). For assistance with other units, please contact Guest Relations or the Usher in your seating area.
Wheelchair/Guests with Disability Escorts
For individuals who have limited mobility or accessibility needs, an escort is available to transport/assist guests from our Entry Pavilion to your seats. Requests may be placed at any entrance by notifying a member of our staff. A member of our staff will return with the wheelchair to escort you to the exit at the end of the event. If a wheelchair escort is required during the event, you may notify a member of our staff and we will be happy to assist. Please note that wheelchairs are limited and subject to availability at that time. Wheelchairs are not available for continuous use throughout the event.
Bags/Backpacks
Backpacks (with the exception of single-compartment drawstring bags that meet the NBA bag-size requirements, or media backpacks that are screened at the media entrance), hard-sided bags and any bag larger than 10”x10”x2” will not be allowed. Discretion is allowed for purses, and diaper bags that, while having the appearance of backpacks, generally are sized differently, and have a different purpose. These are allowed on a case-by-case basis and subject to management approval. All guests entering the Fieldhouse are subject to security screening, visual inspection, and bag inspection conducted by Gainbridge Fieldhouse personnel.
