Frequently Asked Questions

New Event On Sales

For new events going on sale, the Box Office will open at the time tickets go on sale (if earlier than our normal opening at 12:00 p.m. ET). Upon opening, Box Office representatives may be limited to only selling tickets to the new event. Guests wishing to purchase tickets to a different event will be assisted as soon as possible.

Please note: Cell phones are not permitted to be used while selecting seats or interacting with the Box Office representative. You must step out of line if you need to use your phone or take a call.

For on-sales of all shows/games, a lottery system may be utilized for placement in line. Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the posted on-sale time, as the lottery is done 15 minutes before tickets go on sale.

Seat Availability & Ticket Pricing

Seat availability is constantly changing. For the most up-to-date seat availability, please refer to the Interactive Seat Map on Ticketmaster.com. Seat availability will not be provided over the phone.

All event ticket pricing is subject to change at any time.

ADA Seating

ADA seating may be purchased in advance on Ticketmaster.com. Once on the event’s Ticketmaster page, select “Accessibility” from the “Filters” tab to distinguish ADA seating on the Interactive Seat Map.

If ADA seating accommodations are not purchased in advance but are needed on the day of the event, visit Guest Services on any level upon arrival to request ADA/limited mobility seating. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Event Door Times

Doors open at least 1 hour prior to all Gainbridge Fieldhouse events. Exact door times will be posted to the Gainbridge Fieldhouse website and social media. For any questions, please reach out to the Box Office.

Ticketmaster & Verified Tickets

Ticketmaster is the only verified platform to purchase tickets for Gainbridge Fieldhouse events.

Beware of counterfeit tickets! StubHub, Vivid Seats, Seat Geek, Overtime, eBay, Craigslist, secondary ticket “brokers”, or other 3rd parties are not recognized ticketing agents. Tickets purchased from unauthorized agents can be counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise invalid for admission.

Due to the nature of our business, we host events that may sell out. Patrons sometimes go to the secondary or resale market to purchase their tickets. Gainbridge Fieldhouse is NOT able to guarantee the validity of these tickets, as they are not purchased from an official source. By purchasing these tickets, you may be the victim of scalping. While you may receive real event tickets, you may end up paying more than the ticket’s face value.

Issues or refunds for tickets purchased from 3rd parties must be resolved by the 3rd party from which they were purchased. The Gainbridge Fieldhouse Box Office is NOT able to resolve any issues or issue any refunds for tickets purchased from 3rd party sites.

Please be advised: Gainbridge Fieldhouse or Ticketmaster will never ask you to pay for gift cards or money orders in exchange for access to tickets. Do not fall for a gift card scam.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

If your tickets are stolen or lost, please contact the point of purchase. The Gainbridge Fieldhouse Box Office or Ticketmaster Customer Support will be happy to work with you on a solution.

Why Do Some Of The BEST Tickets Sell So Quickly And Better Tickets Become Available Long After The Event Goes On Sale?

When an event goes on sale, there are typically thousands of customers searching for tickets across multiple Ticketmaster platforms. If 500 fans are simultaneously buying 4 tickets each, 2,000 tickets can be sold in just seconds.

There is a common misconception that all events sell out, which is actually extremely rare. Most of the time, tickets are available at face value until the day of the event. Keep in mind that at the very start of an on sale, seats may be held in buyers’ carts for several minutes as they browse, but many will be released back into the pool. Ticketmaster is set up to sell the “best available” tickets at the price level you select, so grabbing those for a hot show is the best way to make sure you’re not shut out.

Tickets may also be released for sale as the event approaches if the artist’s team no longer needs tickets they held OR once the event area is set up and the venue has a better idea about which seats are obstructed. Often, this leads to great seats being released at the last minute.
