• Admission and Skate Rental Pricing: $15 admission, $4 skate rental.
• Our General Admission tickets grant you access to the rink for as long as you'd like on the day you skate! There are no scheduled sessions.
• On site skate sharpening of personal skates: $10/pair, available for purchase on-site only.
• Skate aids available for rent on-site on a first come, first served rental basis: $10 for 30 minutes.

• Parking
  • From garages to street parking, there are several parking options throughout downtown Indianapolis within walking distance to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The Virginia Avenue Parking Garage located on the northeast corner of the building offers the closest covered parking option. The garage is connected to the Fieldhouse via covered sky bridge on the third floor. The Virginia Avenue Garage can be entered via Maryland Street or Deleware Street.

    • Denison manages a number of parking facilities in the downtown area, and can share information that will make your experience an enjoyable one. For specific information related to bus parking near the Fieldhouse, contact Denison Parking at (317) 916-1760.

  • You may also purchase individual parking passes in advance at select locations via ParkWhiz.

New for the 2025-26 season, Elevance Health Rink visitors can park in the Virginia Avenue Garage for FREE on non-event days at Gainbridge Fieldhouse!

Upon arrival to the Virginia Avenue Garage, pull a ticket to enter. Then, grab a parking validation ticket at the Skate Shack. Scan the validation ticket upon exiting the garage and you're all set!

Enjoy a variety of food and drink options available for purchase from our Snack Shack on the lower level of Morris Bicentennial Plaza, including beer and wine!

In November and December, the Snack Shack will be open during all skating hours.

In January, the Shack Shack will open 2 hours after the rink opens each day.

How do I purchase tickets for ice skating?

• CLICK HERE to secure your admission tickets! Skate rental can be purchased on-site at the skate shack.

Do you have restrooms available?

• Yes. Restrooms are available on-site. 

Can I still visit the site, even if I don’t want to skate?

• Absolutely! Whether or not you're into ice skating, you're welcome to explore the Sphere, admire the Legends Mural, grab a drink, and enjoy the company of friends while observing the ice skating action.

Can I bring outside food and beverages to the site?

• Certainly! Feel free to bring your own food. Please note that outside alcohol is not allowed, as we offer a selection of alcoholic beverages for purchase at our concessions.

Are wheelchairs allowed on the ice rink?

• We provide 2 mobility sleds specifically designed for individuals with disabilities, ensuring everyone can experience the joy of the ice rink.

Is Elevance Health Rink open in inclement weather?

• Our team monitors the weather and will post updates on social media and the Morris Bicentennial Plaza website in the event of inclement weather.

What are the age restrictions for skating?

• There is no minimum (or maximum!) age for skating! Guests age 24 months and younger are admitted free, and all guests on the ice must wear skates. Skate aides are available for rent.

Can I purchase tickets on-site?

• We strongly encourage visitors to reserve ice skating tickets in advance, as there is no guarantee tickets will be available once you arrive at the rink. However, if tickets are available when guests arrive on-site, they may be purchased at the Skate Shop.

Do you have lockers on-site?

• There are no lockers on site, so please travel light and limit your belongings to one moderate size bag per person.

Can I rent skates on-site?

• Yes. Ice skates are available to rent on-site for $4.

Can I bring my own skates?

• Yes. Guests may bring their own skates; they are still required to pay the price of skate admission.

Is group ice skating available? 

• We do not offer group sale discounts. If you're interested in renting out the rink for a private event, (available Monday-Thursday), please email kcase@pacers.com.
